This cocktail of chemicals is what sets it apart from the rest. It allows the first layer to be permanent, as permanent as you would compare an epoxy to a regular glue. And allows the second layer to be loaded with hydrophobic characteristics that wouldn’t normally be able to stick to the paint of a car.
