My name is Adrian Ferreira, Owner and Founder of Glassified. 
~Designer, Engineer, Sales/Service pro, Husband, Dad, Mr. Fix It, and Mr. Detailer~

       My Grandpa moved his family and machine shop from Uruguay to Los Angelas in the 70’s.  My journey starts young, in and around the Family machine shop, and, maybe even when I was as young as 5, taking apart VCR’s and harvesting the Motors 🙂 

       I always liked Mechanics, but my passion for the (finish work, and the) meticulous work of vehicle restorations began that day, at the helm of the “Cherry Picker”, pulling the Heart of the Shark (the engine of the 1986 BMW M635csi:)  Building this project car to perfection with my dad took 10 years start to finish.  I learned a lot about patience, planning, and tolerance (mental and physical:) 

       Growing up I learned to love to care for cars.  My dad liked unique and special cars; Fiat Spider, DeTomaso Pantera, BMW 750il V12, (grey market) M635csi, and more…  My own passion started with VW Fox’s through my teens and 20’s continuing to favor my Mk2 Scirocco’s (also, ’85 Merc 300TD, ’96 BMW318ti, ’02 Audi Allroad, and more).  

       From 2014-2017 I lived in Ft. Lauderdale and started professionally detailing.  The market favored boats and yachts.  During summer of 2017 in Wisconsin, I decided to bring my skills to Janesville for extra income as we were expecting our first child.  In 2019, I found myself with the opportunity to go further into the industry by learning Ceramic Coatings and Clear Coat Corrections.  I jumped in HEAD FIRST to, Correct and Coat, a BRAND NEW Bentley Bentayga!  All I can say is, those years of learning patience, planning, and tolerance PAID OFF.

       And this is where my story comes to present time.  Yes detailing… BUT DAMN!  Ceramic Coating technology IS THE FUTURE and it’s barely breached the surface!
Ceramic coatings amaze me every day!  They are for more than just our cars… they are for our homes, our offices, and our personal items.  They reduce the need for aerosols, chemicals, and “magic” cleaning sprays.  They are safe, eco-friendly, EXTREMELY effective in surface protection, and JUST PLAIN GLASSY!
That’s why I created Glassified.   Not only for your cars, but for your life.
